Value Labs is looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to be part of our Talent Acquisition Team in Hitech City, Hyderabad. This position is ideal for professionals with a solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, volume hiring, and strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with TAG leaders on recruitment campaigns and process enhancement.
  
• Apply strategic sourcing methods to bring in top talent.
  
• Drive volume hiring effectively while maintaining high-quality hires.
  
• Apply a solid technical knowledge of the Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) life cycle to maximize recruitment strategies. Exciting job opportunity for Senior Recruiters

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated history of end-to-end recruitment and managing high-volume hiring requirements.
