Role: QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

About the Role:

Rayosys is looking for an experienced and efficient QA Engineer with experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should have a good background in test plan designing, test case execution, and software product quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for manual testing.
• Identify, record, and follow defects using defect tracking software.
• Perform various types of testing, including Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and Regression testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium with Java/Python and frameworks like TestNG.
• Work with cross-functional groups to get an understanding of the requirements and deliver complete test coverage. Job Opening for QA Engineer Manual + Automation
• Participate in Agile processes and contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices.
• Utilize CI/CD tools to integrate and execute automated tests in the development pipeline.
• Review test results, diagnose problems, and give detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, STLC, and Defect Lifecycle processes.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Manual Testing (Test Plans, Test Cases, Defect Tracking).
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Lifecycle.
• Practical experience in Automation Testing with Selenium, Java/Python, TestNG, or other such tools.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and CI/CD tools would be an asset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Superb communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Immediate availability to join.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of additional testing tools and frameworks is an advantage.
