Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end hire-to-retire process.
  
• Handle onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
  
• Manage and maintain accurate HR data and ensure data integrity.
  
• Ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the organization.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams in driving HR processes and initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or a similar role.
