Creating patterns for Verizon’s Value Design System to ensure a consistent user experience.
Candidate should have a great understanding of React, AEM components, and effective conversion methods, allowing me to offer high-quality solutions that achieve outcomes.
Thoroughly investigating, refining, and documenting the development solution
Actively studying user surroundings and participating in target user activities wherever possible.

Actively investigate competing products, industry trends, and subjects, and offer actions, solutions, and approaches to advise team members and stakeholders.
Staying current with Verizon’s business, strategy, and organizational structure.
Effectively create solutions within Verizon’s business framework and revenue model.
Maintaining working knowledge of UI standards for popular platforms (iOS, Android, and Web).
Working within Verizon Value’s front-end and back-end technology limitations and capabilities.
Provide and receive constructive feedback.
Communicating the current project plan, goals, and expected results.

Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of work experience.
Six or more years of related experience.

Experience in Agile software delivery environments.
Experience with common design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe).
Experience in UI architecture, responsive design, SPA, and/or design patterns.
Learn the front-end technologies of React JS and TypeScript.
Experience writing code and creating maintainable software.
Experience with web performance and accessibility, release cycle management, CI/CD pipelines, and/or SDLC processes.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
Portfolio of professional experience.
Experience working with Agile software delivery environments.
Contributed to several design projects or shipped products with a significant user base.
Contributed to the product’s overall success.
Experience in Fortune 500 organizational settings.
Experience with Redux, React Native, JavaScript (ES5 and ES6), Object Orientated JavaScript, Webpack, Rollup, Ajax, SCSS, Styled Component, HTML5, and/or CSS3.
