Role

An Analyst is primarily responsible for reviewing, collating, and verifying information that is publicly available, provided by the customer, or obtained from a third party. Performing customer relations Due Diligence analysis include conducting research and news screening on the shareholding structures, directors, and business operations of corporations situated throughout the world. Once this information is acquired, a Sanctions, Political Exposure, and Adverse Media check on the corporation and its linked parties can be conducted.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Performing customer / relationship Due Diligence, which consist of the following steps:

• Conduct research on shareholding arrangements, directors, business operations, and so on using public sources (the Internet). KYC Analyst job opportunity in Bangalore
• Analyse the content of the data and documents obtained during the research.
• Screen the firms and people found throughout the research based on name, address, and date of birth to ensure that the correct people are being screened. Sanctions, PEP, and/or Adverse Media can all be used as screening criteria.
• Archive the records and conclusions in our system, along with a general risk recommendation.
• Discuss, clarify, and/or escalate any rule exceptions, ambiguous facts, or screening results with a higher senior analyst.
• Prepare a case analysis for the Lead and Managing Analysts that will serve as the framework for presenting compelling reasons to challenge the decision.
• Monitor the progress of your own deliverables.
• Work directly with the Lead and Managing Analyst, providing feedback to drive, control, and prioritize various analyses.
• Provide feedback to the Quality Team so that all deviations are discovered and noted in the process manuals. KYC Analyst job opportunity in Bangalore
• Attend and participate in the quarterly QA evaluations.
• Obtain and maintain extensive knowledge and insight into the specified portfolio of markets, client/relationship groups, sectors, countries, and regions.
• Understand the regulations and procedures of processes, and stay updated about updates.
