Interpret and create policies and procedures for operational functions of low to moderate complexity within the scope of responsibility.
Assign accountability for the budget and financial performance.
Collaborate with and influence various levels of professionals, including more senior management.

4+ years of operational experience, or equivalent, evidenced through one or more of the following: job experience, training, military experience, or education.
