Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support for Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and fix technical problems effectively.
- Use Salesforce Apex to diagnose and resolve queries.
- Complex concerns should be escalated to L2/L3 teams as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of expertise in Salesforce application support.
- Salesforce and Apex knowledge are essential.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage various priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
