Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate to less than 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 support for Salesforce applications.
  • Troubleshoot and fix technical problems effectively.
  • Use Salesforce Apex to diagnose and resolve queries.
  • Complex concerns should be escalated to L2/L3 teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of expertise in Salesforce application support.
  • Salesforce and Apex knowledge are essential.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage various priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
