Role: Salesforce Technical Architect
Job location: Hyderabad, Bangalore
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop needs, deliverables, and manage expectations.
- Translate company requirements into well-architected solutions that maximise the Salesforce platform.
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectives; discover gaps between client’s present and desired end states.
- Provide oversight and governance for Salesforce projects.
- Follow and help to create coding standards. Lead code reviews across projects to ensure quality and proper design patterns are followed.
- Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for a Salesforce implementation. Salesforce Technical Architect job opportunity
- Maintain a target billable utilisation that aligns with the role.
- Ability to understand a project and deep dig to debug bugs.
- From time to time, the TA may be expected to participate in other pre-sales activities such as discovery and technical deep-dive sessions, proof-of-concept (POC) development with prospects.
- Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
- Travels to customer sites for projects, estimated at 50-75%.
Requirements
- Degree or similar proven experience is required. Experience will be considered based on the core competencies for the role, such as extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc. Salesforce Technical Architect job opportunity
- 9-14 years CRM experience, with at least 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert knowledge of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Cloud.
- Understanding of system architecture and the capacity to create scalable, performance-driven solutions
- Understanding essential design patterns, limits, and recommended practices for massive data volumes. Salesforce Technical Architect job opportunity
- Understanding data sharing and visibility factors and how they play into platform architecture.
- Experience with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- Knowledge of data integration technologies and experience integrating Salesforce with various business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment strategies.
- Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS and SSL)
- Expert knowledge in establishing the system architecture landscape, finding gaps between present and desired end-states, and offering a comprehensive solution that will enable the realisation of the required business results.
- Strong experience designing and developing big web-based systems, or exposure to the entire software product lifecycle.
- Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to obtain applicable certifications upon hiring.
