Responsibilities:
- Relevant experience testing ServiceNow ITSM modules (incident management, change management, problem management, service catalogue, etc.), ITOM, SOM, HRSD, and so on.
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF) automation tool.
- Demonstrates proficiency in understanding requirements and efficiently writing test cases.
- Conducted tests, analysed results, and reported defects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile techniques and SDLC processes.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, service mapping, and Discovery.
- Conducted dashboard, report, and SLA testing.
- Having ITSM Foundation and ATF Micro certification is advantageous.
- Expert in upgrade and regression testing.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and cooperation abilities to contribute to a motivated team and achieve project objectives.
- Basic Knowledge on postman is an added advantage.
